Mum & Baby Yoga in Market Harborough

As a mum myself, I understand the rollercoaster journey that is motherhood and I am here to support you in your postnatal journey.

My weekly mum and baby yoga classes provide a fun, friendly and supportive space for you to move, breathe and find connection.

These gentle postnatal-focused classes are designed to help you ease back into movement, rebuild strength, release tension and support your physical and emotional wellbeing. An hour to connect - not only to yourself and your baby - but to other local mums too.

All equipment is provided, so you can just turn up as you are. Feeding, changing and cuddling your baby is all part of the class.

Classes are suitable from 6-8 weeks postpartum, or once you’ve been signed off by your GP, until your baby is on the move. I actively welcome mamas with all experience levels - beginners are absolutely welcome.
